Parkside Fellowship Church
A Church of the Nazarene

Awesome God Project
A Facility Revitalization Initiative
Parkside Fellowship recognizes that our facility needs revitalizing (imbuing with new life or vitality).
-
We have become aware of the neglected condition of our property
-
We are concerned that we are sending a message of neglect to God
-
We are concerned that our neighbors are witnessing a testimony of disrepair
We want to express outside the Life we share inside. So..... we are embarking on the Awesome God Project!
Awesome God Project
At Parkside Fellowship, we value long-term viability/longevity/stability over short-term, temporary results. We represent a classic, traditional-style church. We want people to know “that’s a church” and to know we treasure our Lord when they see God’s facility,

We have assessed the property, and identified three key areas that need updating, along with other deferred maintenance projects we can complete to revitalize the facility in support of our ongoing ministry and mission to serve our community.
The cost of these projects totals approximately $150,000. We currently have $50,000 cash in the building fund, so we must raise an additional $100,000. To that end, we have launched the Awesome God campaign to raise the necessary funds.

If you would like to donate to the Awesome God project, you can do so here:

You can also donate funds in any worship service by indicating that your contribution should go toward the "Awesome God" project.

Planned Projects
Exterior Painting
$12,000
Replace Windows
$60,000
Replace the Roof
$70,000
The initial project funded by the Awesome God campaign will be to power wash, seal, and re-paint the exterior of the building. We have the funds on-hand for this project and expect to complete it before the end of 2025.
The second project funded by the Awesome God campaign will be to replace all 39 windows in the building.
We encourage those with the means to do so to "adopt" a window by donating the entire amount to replace a single window ($1400).
The final project funded by the Awesome God campaign will be to replace the roof on the facility.
